The Demo-BLog project has launched a new survey exploring the implementation and policy readiness of Digital Building Logbooks (DBLs) across Europe.
As DBLs continue gaining recognition at EU level, their practical implementation and perceived value still vary significantly between Member States. The survey aims to better understand current readiness levels, implementation barriers, governance models, and policy priorities needed to support effective and scalable DBL deployment.
We are particularly looking to hear from professionals working on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), building regulations, permitting frameworks, and building data and digitalisation, whose insights can help strengthen the future implementation of DBLs across Europe.
The findings will contribute to the project’s ongoing research and policy work, helping identify the conditions needed to support more interoperable, practical, and impactful Digital Building Logbooks.
